Firm backs FG’s plan to make housing available for all by 2030

LAGOS—Revolution Plus property development company Limited Monday said it is in the market to provide capacity to the Federal Government to cut the 18 million housing deficit by 2030.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Bamidele Onalaja said the FG’s vision to provide quality and affordable housing for all by 2030 is achievable with its input to the property sector and to achieve this, the company is giving a 20 per cent discount on all its housing estates across the country.
Onalaja disclosed this at the firms open day at the ongoing 2017 Lagos International Trade fair.
He said their over fifteen different housing estates spread across the country were strategically cited to cater for the mass of people there.
“We are giving 20 per cent discount on all our properties purchased at the ongoing Lagos International Trade Fair to encourage more persons to access the property sector,” he said.
Executive Director, Mrs Tolulope Onalaja said problems of the National Housing Fund which limits people from tapping into it is one malaise facing the housing sector and that they have come to change that perception with an easy and affordable payment plan.
President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce, LCCI, Mrs Nike Akande said RevolutionPlus entrance into property marketing is a welcome development to the nation.
