Yerins makes a good inspirational story teller and articulate rapper, who puts his gifts to good use on this EP Extended Play – Your Own Universe (Y.O.U)Artist – Yerins AbrahamGuests – Emeka Hypnotics, Doc PRecord Label – Indie (2017)Duration- 21 minutesYerins Abraham releases his second EP album “Your Own Universe” (Y.O.U) on April 1, 2017. This follows his EP “M.I.N.D” in 2016.The sober reflective rapper is your conscious type of musician who you’ll have to pay attention to closely to grasp the message he’s trying to pass across.‘Wings’ teaches you to believe and lean on your dreams, not giving in to negativity and discouragement from any quarters. Yes, he is no empty vessel, he has a message for you, as clearly dished out in ‘Breaking news’ that has to do with keeping it 100.In the track Can’t go back, he tells a story of his life, family, the travails he has had to go through with a broken home, with his mum leaving at an early age, and how he has since grown and gotten stronger learning to accept the reality on ground, taking solace from the faith he has in God having a plan for him. This he buttresses again on the track ‘No’- speaking against naysayers “Don’t let them tell you no”, advocating for life and seeing yourself through. The track ‘Hope’ sees Yerins talks success built on hope that never dies – Hope for the future and a better one at that.‘Bounce’ featuring Doc P and Emeka Hypnotics  is the more of a let loose song, serving as a bonus track where women are about the center of attraction. It’s your typical club Hip Hop kind of song.Production on this EP is pretty flawless, the message is crispy clear and directional.Yerins makes a good inspirational story teller and articulate rapper, who puts his gifts to good use on "Y.O.U" EP.Rating 3.5/5.Ratings Board1-Dull2-Boring2.5-Average3-Worth Checking Out3.5-Hot4-Smoking Hot4.5-Amazing5-Perfection
