A driver deliberately rammed a van into pedestrians on one of Barcelona’s most popular boulevards on Thursday, killing at least 13 people in what Spanish police called a “terrorist attack”.

At least 13 people were killed today when a driver deliberately slammed a van into crowds on Las Ramblas, Barcelona’s most famous street, in what police said was a “terror attack”. Two suspects have been arrested over the attack, according to Spanish authorities.
